Cancellation Policy
Openings in the spa are limited as our time is of high demand. Please know that we are more than understanding that schedules change & that life happens. With that being said, our cancellation policy is as follows: We require a 24 hour notice be given when canceling or rescheduling appointments. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for which clients are a no-show will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service amount. Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule or reduce the services provided to maintain timely services to our other guests. Thank you for your understanding and agreement to our cancellation policy.
